Lyndsy Marie Fonseca is an American actress currently starring in the CW smash hit 'Nikita'. She's best known for playing Colleen "CeCe" Carlton on The Young and The Restless, Dylan Mayfair on ABC's Desperate Housewives and Katie Deauxma in the Kick-Ass film franchise.

SUICIDE BOMBINGS — Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) informs Nikita (Maggie Q) that one of the recruits has been activated to carry out a suicide mission. Nikita intercepts the recruit just as Michael (Shane West) arrives, and the two sides exchange gunfire. Meanwhile, back inside the walls of Division, another recruit decides to attack several guards, creating mass chaos. Xander Berkeley, Aaron Stanford, Melinda Clarke, Ashton Holmes and Tiffany Hines also star. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Amanda Segel (#107).
Some former soap stars try to play down their time on soaps, but Nikita star Lyndsy Fonseca tells the San Jose Mercury News her time on The Young and the Restless, as Colleen Carlton, helped prepared her for primetime.
Q: You started out by working for three years on “The Young and the Restless.” Do you look back fondly on your soap opera days?
A: Oh, that was so long ago. I was so young — just a baby. It really prepared me well, though. It taught me how to learn lines. There would be times when we’d do 80 (script) pages a day, compared to seven to 14 for prime time. It was like a TV boot camp.
Nikita isn’t the only project keeping Fonseca busy; she will also be appearing in the Kick-Ass sequel Kick-Ass: Balls to the Wall.

Continuing with our Nikita interviews from New York Comic Con, we have our talk with Lyndsy Fonseca (Kick-Ass, Desperate Housewives), who plays opposite Maggie Q as assassin trainee Alex on the show.
If you’ve been watching, you may have noticed that her character has been getting bolder and bolder with her spy tactics as the season progresses and Lyndsy lets us know if that will blow up in her face or not. On the question of if Alex and Thom are developing a love interest, she believes that there is a flame there, though Alex is admittedly a damaged character that will have a hard time in the love department.
Most importantly, she lets us know that Alex will eventually graduate into a full butt-kicking agent one day.
You can catch Nikita on Thursday nights at 8PM on The CW.

Season 1: “The Guardian”
NIKITA MEETS HER MATCH — Divison’s secrets are at risk of being revealed to the world when Owen (guest star Devon Sawa, “Final Destination”), a Division operative, escapes from a bank robbery and becomes a fugitive. Percy (Xander Berkeley) decides to search for Owen himself, which makes Michael (Shane West) suspicious of his motives. Nikita (Maggie Q) and Owen go head-to-head until Percy joins them for a tense standoff. Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) sneaks into Percy’s office to warn Nikita, but she is busted by Thom (Ashton Holmes) and the two share an intimate moment.
